Tecbiz Frisman - Computer Forensics & Investigation - IT Asset Management

Mr Tan Swee Wan, Chief Executive Officer has extensive investigation experience in both criminal and civil proceedings. Prior to setting up Tecbiz Frisman, he held senior management positions in several multi-national corporations and a “Big Four” accounting firm, where he was in charge of the planning and execution of corporate fraud, irregularity and intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement investigations in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr Tan was formerly the Head, Financial Fraud Branch and Head, Computer Crime Branch of the Criminal Investigation Department, spearheading the Singapore Police Force's efforts in combating financial, IT, and IPR-related crimes. He was also the Singapore Police Force’s representative in the Electronic Commerce Hotbed Policy Committee and the National Internet Advisory Committee. Through his career, Mr Tan has investigated financial fraud, hacking, telecommunication fraud and IPR-related violations. His consistently outstanding performance has won him the Singapore’s Home Affairs Ministerial Award. He has participated both as speaker and participant in several conferences and seminars on economic crimes, high-tech crimes, IPR violations and corporate frauds. In addition, he has also trained regional law enforcement agencies on computer-related crime investigation and IPR investigation. Together with Mr Kelvin Low, Mr Tan has contributed various articles and chapters in legal publications and books on electronic security. He was also a guest lecturer on Computer Investigation courses at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore.

Mr Kelvin Low, Chief Operating Officer has over 10 years of experience in IT security and computer forensics. Prior to setting up Tecbiz Frisman, he was a managing consultant with a “Big Four” accounting firm’s information risk management and forensic & litigation support practices. His responsibilities included developing IT audit and review programs, managing IT audits and reviews, and drafting, reviewing and finalizing audit and review reports. When central banks in Asia published internet banking guidelines, he developed suitable compliance review programs for conducting internet banking system reviews. He has also managed and conducted independent assessments of the security of internet banking system of international banks to assess the adequacy of security and the extent of compliance with guidelines issued by regulatory authorities. Mr Low is a former Inspector of Police, Singapore Police Force specialising in computer crime investigations and computer forensic examinations. During his tenure at the Computer Crime Branch of Criminal Investigation Department, Singapore Police Force, he had successfully solved complex computer crime cases. In addition, his responsibilities included managing computer forensic operations, and the maintenance of a computer forensics laboratory. Mr Low has also contributed his expertise in various articles and chapters of legal publications and books on electronic security.

Mr Wilfred A. Nathan, Senior Manager, leads the computer forensic and investigation teams at Tecbiz Frisman. He has a strong track record in digital investigation, computer forensics and data management, gained from extensive experience in the Singapore Police Force, where he served more than 14 years in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). As a former Head of Technology Crime Forensic Branch of CID, Mr Nathan managed and supervised investigations into multi-faceted computer crimes such as hacking and electronic fraud.

Mr Tan Kah Leong, Manager, manages the overall technical operations of Tecbiz Frisman. With extensive experience in defining, implementing and executing information security strategies, he is also involved in client projects. Mr Tan was formerly the Chief Information Security Officer at Credit Suisse, where he defined, implemented and executed information security strategies. Prior to that, he was the Specialist Consultant on Information Risk Management at PT Bank Mestika Dharma Indonesia. Based in Tecbiz Frisman’s Malaysia office, he also oversees the day-to-day operations at the Malaysia office.

Mr Kelvin Fong, Manager, is part of Tecbiz Frisman management team and is a key member in handling client and project management work. Kelvin has over 10 years of commercial and criminal investigative experience which he has gained through his extensive career in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and commercial companies. Kelvin also has 4 years of sales and marketing experience in the B2B space. His sales and marketing experience adds value to our customer-centric service approach.
